Poor communication. Initially was sent a defective bracket. Was later sent a replacement bracket but it was the incorrect part number. Have reached out numerous times making sure to give support ample time to respond. I have not heard back and it has been about 1 month. Phone number is also inactive. Until customer service improves I would stay away because if you experience any issues or need to return something you are out of luck.

Phenomenal product! Bought 2x one for each side of my yeti to add storage on kayak! Fits snug with no slack or “give”. Adds an additional element of organization while fishing! Absolutely recommend. I even had a slight issue with shipping during the holidays and the owner responded directly, and timely!

Very sturdy, quality is certainly there.
Holds well locked into cooler, used all day while catching salt cats never once popped out of place or broke on us.

Three days on the beach and the attachment broke. Not sure if it was an issue with my specific piece or durability of product. Pretty disappointed for something that seems to be marketed to outdoors people.

Got these right on time for a Laughlin trip with my family. Was awesome being the only people there with fishing poles, none the less on the yeti. At a spot not known for fish we were able to manage three grill worthy striper and a handful of dinks. Tideline made it possible for one trip to the car and back!

Product works as described. I am a little bit worried about its longevity, I dropped it once and it did break a little piece off, but the product is still functional. I also worry about the plastic printed clip that holds the holder to the cooler, l think this piece should have been a metal. So far so good though with limited use. I will update after more use.
