I wanted 2 drink holders for my roadie tundra 20. I received 2 tundra drink holders. I already purchased tundra holders several yrs back therfore I have no need for an additional 2 more for the tundra. I have tried calling & email to tideline3D several times. I can never get through and never get a response back. This is very unfortunate because they do make a great quality product, unfortunately they lack excessively in customer service & follow up.

Wrong size. Cup holder does not fit cooler. Wrong size. I have called and emailed to resolve issue and no answer yet. Customer service is non existent.
